Enquiry and programme information, such as the programme you are interested in, your stage of pregnancy or postpartum recovery, your fitness goals, preferences, availability and information you voluntarily provide when enquiring about our services.

Health and fitness information, where relevant to safely provide our coaching services. This may include information you voluntarily provide regarding pregnancy, postpartum recovery, physical limitations, injuries, medical clearance or other health-related considerations relevant to exercise participation.

Booking information, such as consultation date and time and information submitted while scheduling through Calendly or another scheduling service.

Website and technical information, such as device/browser information, pages visited, referring source, cookies and similar technologies where enabled.

We aim to collect only information reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it is requested.

  • submit a Meta/Facebook/Instagram Instant Form or respond to one of our advertisements;

  • schedule a consultation through Calendly;

  • contact us through WhatsApp, email, Instagram, Facebook or another communication channel;

  • register for or participate in a Wellness with Kshitija programme;

  • complete questionnaires, assessments or programme forms; or

  • voluntarily provide information during consultations or coaching.

Wellness with Kshitija provides fitness, wellness and educational services and does not replace medical diagnosis, treatment or advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Where medical clearance is required for participation, you may be asked to obtain appropriate clearance from your healthcare provider.
 

5. Meta, Facebook and Instagram Lead Forms

We may advertise our services through Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.

If you submit information through a Meta Instant Form, Meta may provide the information you entered to Wellness with Kshitija so that we can respond to your enquiry and provide information about our services.

Meta separately processes information according to its own privacy practices.

Information received from Meta will be handled by us in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
 

6. Calendly and Appointment Scheduling

We use third-party scheduling services such as Calendly to allow prospective and existing clients to schedule consultations.

When you use these services, certain personal information may also be processed by the scheduling provider according to its own privacy policy.

We use booking information for purposes such as arranging your consultation, communicating regarding your appointment and following up regarding your enquiry.
 

7. WhatsApp and Other Communication Platforms

If you provide your WhatsApp number or contact us through WhatsApp, we may use WhatsApp to communicate with you regarding your enquiry, consultation, programme or other communication you have requested or agreed to receive.

Your use of WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and other third-party communication services is also subject to those platforms' respective privacy practices.
