About Us

Hi, I’m Kshitija — a mother, a certified prenatal & postnatal fitness coach, and a yoga teacher.
I’ve been working in the fitness and wellness space since 2016, guiding clients both online and offline through their journeys of strength, mobility, and holistic health. Over these years, I’ve trained hundreds of women and men across different ages and backgrounds — from those seeking general fitness to mothers navigating pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Each client, each story, has deepened my belief that fitness is never one-size-fits-all, but a deeply personal path.
When I became a mother, my focus evolved. Pregnancy and postpartum shifted not only my body but my entire understanding of strength, care, and resilience. I saw how under-supported women often feel in these transitions, and I knew my calling was to bridge that gap. That is what inspired me to specialize in pre and postnatal fitness, combining evidence-based training with the compassion and sensitivity these chapters require.
Today, my work reflects both worlds: the structured expertise of general fitness and the thoughtful care of perinatal coaching. Every offering is rooted in years of professional experience, enriched by my own journey of motherhood, and guided by the mission to help women feel strong, safe, and deeply connected to themselves.
